Day 1 ::
Morning :: Transfers to Hotel
Afternoon :: 13.00 P.M. Drive
a car to Pai river to take a boat trip along river through charming
scenery to the border of Burma. Visit a village of Long neck and Long
ears Karen village. Refugees from the fighting in their homeland of
Burma. Our guide will Explain the neck of girls. Return by boat and
drive to the hotel about 16.30 P.M. for dinner in town. (Thai good food
in restaurant). |
Day 2 ::
Morning :: Early
start to day 07.30 a.m. visit the morning Market, colorful, noisy,cheerful.collection
of flower sellers, etc. After we drive to the elephant for a ride on
elephant back into the furest. Return by car to town to have lunch at
the famous restaurant Thai food in Maehongson. |
Afternoon :: After lunch we
visit the Kong Moo temple atop a hill overlooking the whole town. and
down to the twin temples of Jong Klang and Jong Kam on the lakeside.
These have all been built in the Burmese style and observation of Buddhist
rites is in the tradition of the "yellow Hat" sect of Buddhism.
